Passport Issue in police verification

I was locked in one case on 2022 . Now before applying the passport check my case details online it was shown me Disposed iam contact with police station they informed me to go and apply passport it had no issues for you. But now after iam applying my passport after one month in my local police verification they said case is still pending iam totally confused. Please give me some suggestions.
