Passport issue -Court Order -DV

I have one DV case against me and this case was filed in March 21 after i had filed divorce application on Dec 20. There is no FIR . I used to stay in Nerul. I had got the Passport by Tatkal. Nerul Police station had send the adverse report to Passport Office BKC mentioning about my pending DV case. i went to BKC Passport office and they have cancel my passport. So only ask by the BKC passport office is to provide the court Order mentioning the validation of 10 years. Need suggestion and cost

You have to file a writ petition under passport Act for getting new passport with validation of 10 years, mere pendency of case is not a ground to refuse or renewal of passport, the cost involved in this is Rs 60 to 80k negotiable. Also you have to file appeal Under password Act before Chief passport office too simultaneously
