Passport DOB and POB correction in current passport

Hi I requested for my correction of DOB and POB in my passport as per my new birth certificate. My POB is suppose to be corrected which is supposed to be our of India. I had my birth certificate and Doc 7( Parents Certificate of Citizenship) and Marriage Certificate(Wife Indian) The bc had been cancelled already. How difficult is to get court order declaring my correct DOB and POB by district order or high order by putting the law suit in mother or MEA in New Delhi ? Please advise.
