partition of a licensed property

My 6 sisters and one brother have relinquished their rights in favour of my mother through a regd. relinquishment deed. my mother has filed a suit for partition against me, which has been dismissed. can any of my brother and sister again claim his/her right in the property? pls. advice me properly

No. they can't claim their right in the property. As being an immovable property if the relinquishment deed is registered, then it cant be revoked. that's undisputed. Therefore, they can't claim the right.

aapane bataya Hai Ki aap 6 bhai aur ek bahan hai aur Sabhi ne aapki Man ke Hak mein Apna right Man ke favour mein aur Diya Hai aur aapki mother ne partition ka suit dala tha Jo ab aapka koi bhi Bhai Bahan Dobara se Apna right cal am nahin kar sakta
