Parking issue for Unauthorised Flat

07-Jun-2024 (In Civil Law)
I reside in a G+2 group house where the builder has unlawfully constructed an additional floor without proper municipal approval or documentation. Despite the absence of a valid building plan for the upper floor, the builder has rented out the space to students. Furthermore, he is now asserting ownership over parking spaces within the premises, particularly in the common passage and cellar area, causing a dispute among the remaining owners.
