Parking dispute on land between roads

Hi,
I live in a builder floor (fist floor out of 3) which is L shaped, the other two occupants are brothers. They had made a garden on the right side of the building and were now also trying to make a garden on the left side. I had to call police and I signed document in the police station giving me right to park the car on the left side however the area is very less as compared to them and I am only able to park one vehicle as it is now on the narrower side of the road while they have more are
then you should file a suit for injunction or encroachment you live in a builder house they are trying to encroach upon the common area so you should go to court for easementary rights the court will pass an order

Give a proper legal notice to them . any arrangement in front of the police has got absolutely no value . Annex the map of your home duly sanctioned by the local authorities clearly stating the area allocated to each one of them.
Once you give proper legal notice then wait for a stipulated period. Depending on their action you can take further course.
