Parents name in documents is different from the one in their documents

Respected sir/mam,
My name is Manik Mahajan. I have some queries related to the difference in the name of my parents in my documents and the name in their documents.
The name in all my documents is -
Father's name: Pawan Kumar Mahajan
Mother's name: Kamal Mahajan
The name in my parents documents is -
Father's name in his documents(Aadhaar card, PAN card, property papers etc.) - Pawan Kumar
Mother's name in her documents(Aadhaar card, PAN card, property papers etc.) - Kamal Kumari
Mother's name in her documents(10th certificate, etc) before marriage - Kamla Devi
Please help me with the following queries.
What problems can arise due to this mismatch?
What is the permanent solution to this?
The most simple solution of your problem is you can execute an affidavit to the effect that your father Pawan Kumar and Pawan Kumar Mahajan both are the same person and in case of your mother Kamal Kumari Kamal Mahajan and Kamla Devi are the same person. After execution of the affidavit you can issue a public notice in two newspaper circulating in your area.
If this solution does not solve your purpose, then you can go to Aadhar updation centre for change of particulars and respectively to other government offices.
