Hallo sir Mera nam Durgesh Patil he Maine Ek company se captcha fill ka kam liya ha mera kam pura nahi hua to nuze unko 5000 rs dene the. Unone muze call nahi kiya ki paise bharo to aaj unke Advocate ka call aya tha ki 5.30 baje tak bharo varana Case hogi or unone 6 baje case dali he mai sirf kaha ta ki muze 1 2 din ka tine do pr unone case dali abh mai kya kru. Please help me.

sir if they have filed a case against you, you will have to be ready for appearing in the matter. firstly you will be required to file the vakilpatra and thereafter your reply in the case. please note unless you get any papers do not speak to the concerned person or his advocate.
