Owner of the beauty parlour not issuing course completion certificate

Greetings....my name is Nikhil from Dharwad, my wife had successfully completed her 06 months beautician Course from a beauty parlour in dharwad, but the owner of the parlour is giving lame excuses for the past 6-8 months and not giving course completion certificate. My wife had paid complete course fees at the start...so need help with this issue now..

Hai.. I will assist you with respect to the issue that you have raised.. Issue Legal Notice to Parlour seeking to issue the certificate and if she fails to issue the same, you can approach court. for more details fix an appointment with me through LawRato
