Owner not paying society annual maintenance how to recover the money

Pl suggest course of action to recover annual maintenance from defaulting owners . Our society is not registered .
It can be recovered by filing civil & criminal cases against the persons through various legal authorities. You have to meet me rsahota dot com personally along with any document of proof in your possession.

Hi! You need to get your society registered and form bye laws of the society. In the mean time, you can give the defaulting owner a grace period of a month to clear payment and if he still doesn’t, then withdraw the amenities and facilities such as parking, water supply etc. From them.
