Our Apartment secretary are creating rules every 1-2 weeks and causing trouble. They are stopping usage of lifts without owners consent. Not sharing reason also. With 20 houses, they take sign from lower floor houses and says we got minimum number of sign to bring the rule. But upper floor people have to climb all floors. Restricting delivery and courier boys from entering building. Locking the terrace. Sending register book ater 10PM. What action as owner of house can we take? Most other house people don't question back the secretary. Can we call police for locking the lift?
