Original Pattadar File Land Grabbing Case After 45 Years

My father bought a kheraj myadi land in 1975 by a government ryoti, the dalil was not registered but now original pattadar give us land grabbing case against us, we are paying municipal tax and electricity bill more then 32 years with Assam type house How we fight and how we show our possession
Rioty who had given you the possession of land without registration. If he had given his share of land then he must had to execute a sale deed... so if he is alive then bring him to the trial court as witness where land grabbing case is pending. if possible kindly take sale deed from him. or file a civil suit for declaration of right title interest and possession.. thank you
