you can apply in the official gazette the documents correction then the documents will be fine you have to submit in the documents in the official documents you have to see the time period notification in the official gazette

You will have to correct your mother's name in your document . It can be done by filing an affidavit duly notarized in the CJM of your jurisdiction concerned . Then you need to publish it in two newspapers of wide circulation in the area where you live.
