One Of My Freinds Brother Is Sending Abusive Words

So i helped one of my freind brother to take the loan of car in jan 2023 , they are sending me emis but not on time , but now I got married and asking them to take ownership of car and clear my account , so her brother is now sending abusive words on whatsapp

If you have proof that he is using abusive words in whatsup chat then take a screenshot and go to the police station with an advocate and give a complaint at the police station and file an Firr on him , after that police and your advocate will take care of him, he won't come next time and he will be behind the bars
