I am support my friend for loan. He was divorced so nobody help him. Iam given my aadharcard he taken loan without my notice . He told loan rejected for personal verification required. I believed him after 6 month randomly checked my emails. find out loan sanction letter. Icontact bank (cholamandalam finance) how to possible without personal verification loan sanction.Then Iknew he is submitted fake marriage certificate with me. After loan taking he got second marriage without inform now fail

Your friend act was an offence under criminal law. You need to file a complaint before the local police station. Your friend cheated through your Aadhar card and he submitted a fake marriage certificate it is also an offence under criminal law.
