On stay order over termination what salary is to be paid

Iam an employee suspanded and after some time he has been terminated and then he got stay from court on that termination order then what salary must be paid to him ?
He will get what he was getting just before the termination. If he was suspended then after the stay on termination he will get the salary which he was getting during the suspension. Rest depends upon the specific order, if any, given by the court while staying the termination.

If the termination order has been stay by Hon'ble High Court then employee is entitled full salary and if the department is not giving the salary then you should move the application before Hon'ble High Court for the direction to the department or ti release salary.
