Obtaining copy of birth certificate

My husband abused me during pregnancy and asked me to leave his house. I have been staying with my parents since then. My baby was born in April 2023. Only my husband can access her birth certificate as the OTP needed to download the certificate is going to my husband’s phone. He is not sharing the certificate with me. No physical copy of the certificate can be obtained from corporation office. It needs to be downloaded with an OTP. How can I obtain a copy of the certificate?

To change the mobile number you can file an application to the Municipal authorities. If you want, you can make complain against your husband with several charges, then court give you authority to do everything as a single Gurdian of your baby. To know more you can contact me
