OBC (non creamy layer) certificate for my daughter for UPSC exam

Dear Sir/Mam,nI am working in Kuwait and getting a salary of KD 735 (INR 1,90,000) per month. I am belonging to the BC community from Tamilnadu. FY 2019-20 I have taken a loan and sent India INR 35lakhs. after the loan deduction, I am now I am sending only INR 85000 per month. Please advise me whether my daughter will get OBC (Noncreamy layer) certificate.I have no other income from properties and lands. Loan amount I put FD and interest getting yearly at the rate of 6.5%.My daughter is preparing for the UPSC exam and she is a junior advocate.

Dear Sir, Are you filled IT. Are you claimed IT return above mentioned must 2 details needed. Are You government Employee or Private Employee. what is your basic pay. your joining time your position of the post. Actually what kind of loan availed by Bank / Financial sector, like Home loan or personal Loan. How many cars in your hands, and your asset moveable and immovable value please send all are details for came Non Creamy layer easily calculated apply District Collector and secretary of Taxation Tamil Nadu Governmentmay be neglected approach court writ of mandamus get order shortly.
