Obc ncl eligibility for group 1 direct recruit after age 40

My mother got into group 1 services by direct recruitment under Telangana state services at the age of 41. Will I be eligible for obc ncl?

the answer for this question is really typical because if you got separated from your mother and living separately without employment I mean you are not dependent on your parents you will not come under creamy layer if you live along with mother and father then you are under creamy layer,that's though the law was passed long back the implementation of it in practical is quite difficult.
