OBC Certificate related issues differ state of origin and staying

having Valid OBC -NCL certificate from West Bengal. on the basis of my Certificate , my daughter admitted to Kendriya Vidyalaya in Bangalore , taking one declaration. We have to submit OBC - NCL Certificate in the name of my daughter within one month of Admission. She was bon and brought up in bangalore. We are not getting the certificate from bangalore as Our Cast is not there in Karnataka State OBC list . West Bengal not issuing New OBC certificate because of some litigation. what we can do

Hi madam where were u located initially, what does the address in your Aadhaar card show, accordingly u can approach the authority, noting to worry, give a deceleration that the same is applied and will be given shortly. Have a good day.
