OBC certificate issue regarding form filling for central examination

Is it possible that I fill the form for central govt examination using state OBC certificate? Will there be any issue?

You're question isn't revealing which exam you're taking about. In the absence of the burns and rules of the said examination, it is not possible for any professional to express any opinion regarding legal troubles. If you hold a certificate issued by any competent authority, there's nothing illegal in submitting the same for meeting the eligibility criteria for the central govt exam. what other issues are you afraid of?
