Nuisance (1) in the late hours (2) due to cooking smell of NonVeg

The neighbor owner has rented the house to Bachelors. We the Senior citizen residents are not able to sustain the disturbance due to (1) Late night Noise by the Bachelors (2) The foul smell of Non Veg preparation during Noon and late Night is causing huge disturbance and not able to live in the house gulping this anamolies. Suggest a suitable legal action

first send a legal notice regarding the same and then if the parties are ready to reconcile its good. Then you can file a suit for temporary injunction for obtaining them to do their activities. Filing a suit will give a reliable option for you.
