Notary doc for road created without Length and direction

The Neighbor has created Notary doc on Rs 100 stamp paper with us for road which will pass through our land where only road width has mentioned (i.e. 6 mtr) but did not mention about Length and direction of road. Now we request him to correct the Notary doc with length and direction, he is not agreeing it. What action we can take it to cancel the Notary doc for Road.
