If the said action was taken without the consent of the plaintiff/petitioner and against his will and instructions, which amounts to a serious breach of professional duty and trust. Any such submission or marking of the matter as concluded may not be considered binding upon the Petitioner/Palintiff. The Petitioner/Palintiff can requests before the court that the matter be allowed to proceed in accordance with law , either personally or through duly instructed counsel.
