Not obeying exparte injunction order

12-Jun-2024 (In Civil Law)
Court has granted us exparte injunction order on our 5 acre property and the defendant have received the notice of the same from court. However, they are still not obeying the court order. I had requested my lawyer to file a contempt of court petition he denied and said as it is temporary injunction order, we cannot file a contempt of court petition on them. In these police officer can only take action. But the SI is just giving them a warning and leaving them. What is the remedy in this case??

hi if the police are not taking any action then you could file petition in court seeking police aid based on the interim injunction order or you could file contempt petition in court if the interim injunction order is served on the other side
