NOT ISSUING LEAVING CERTIFICATE

I have completed Vocational Diploma in Electrician from 2008 to 2011 in Industrial Training Institute, Mulund. I NEED lEAVING CERTIFICATE for further education. However institute is not issuing the same. what is the legal remedy.

Well, if your Institute is not issuing you the LC, then, you can send them a Legal Notice first. If things won't get resolved after sending of Legal Notice too, then, you can file a case in Court to seek directions from the Court for Issuance of LC to you.
