Not Getting Proper Response Under R.T.I.

I am not getting proper response even after first appeal. How can I Proceed with second appeal ?

you can file a second appeal to the central information commission within 90 days from the date of last day of 30/45 day time period of the first appeal. you can also file a complaint before the information commission of your state u/s 18 of the RTI act 2005.
