Not allowing me to give a exam for Bcom.

As I was unable to give my yearly exam of Bcom so I got supplementary in such subject and again was unable to give my supplementary exam due to suffering from an accident,due to this college provide me the year back advice.
U can approach high court and get necessary directions for allowing u to participate /get a supplementary exam conducted again as u had met with an accident .Your medical documents will be an advantage for u .Contact me for any help.
