Nonpayment of modelling services with electronic evidence only

Im a model who has done a shoot with a talent management coordinator, solely via agreement on whatsapp and calls which are recorded. The initial 2/3rd payment has been recieved however he stopped taking calls and replying regarding the remaining 1/3 payment. He now has said he refuses to pay no matter the consequences. What are the chances court will accept my the electronic evidence, the remaining amount being as small as 10k.
you can file the case of recovery of amount against the person according to your agreement . and get your remaining amount and the photo shoot and or any electronic evidence you can file in court . if you have any email conversation that also you can submit
