Non payment of yearly bonus after resignation.

11-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
I work with HCL tech in noida, a public limited company. After I have resigned they are refusing to pay my bonus for FY 19 (ending March 19). The internal policy states that if I am on rolls for 60 days after fiscal end I am eligible for bonus which is part of my CTC. Amt in question is around 1.3 Lakhs inr. Please suggest

Dear Client, Kindly do provide the set of documents before providing any suitable legal course. Once it was found out for you to be legally sound in your matter, thereafter a legal notice will be served to your company concerned. Regards

You can directly challenge in the Hon'ble High Court for the non-payment of your bonus amount. The jurisdiction of filing will be at your working place or the place of your residence. The Court will direct the Company to pay the bonus amount. You can also approach the Labour Court. But for instant remedy you should go for first option. If you find my opinion reasonable and helpful then give me ratings for the same. Regards Harshita Sharma
