Non Payment Of Maintenance Of Flat

09-May-2025 (In Civil Law)
I owned a flat in a society of 30 resident flats. Some people have formed RWA by seeking the majority & registered it. However, I have not received any formal communication to vote for/against formation of association. RWA has sent pending maintenance notice & to stop common service area. My private parking has been vandalized by RWA due to non-payment which they deny. I want to challenge pending maintenance notice due to no information & immediate action to not stop common services.

Well, you can challenge pending Maintenance Notice, but you need to have justifiable grounds for it, that, why you were not paying Maintenance? If you will be able to justify, then, the Society will have to provide you such services which they were not providing you to get Maintenance from you!
