NON OBJECTION CERTIFICATE CHARGE SHEET FOR AGREEMENT CANCELATION

I have got mail from court having, email: [email protected] to pay the charges with specified limit on that day it self. It mentioned that to summon within 2days Or else to pay charges of approximately 38000/- . Generally courts have fees of 200 to 300. It mentioned that stamp duty charge as 7392rupees. And it has a lot of charged which makes it 38920 rupees to be paid. I can send you pdf of that bond paper which consists of all these details. I feel this company is fake. Please help me.
