Non cognizable report's affect on passport police clearance.
22-Jan-2023 (In Civil Law)
My aunt complained to police about me, my father beating her (which is a fake report). She made fake marks on body and got medical examination done and then police registered a Non cognizable offence against me.
NO court trial has been conducted till now. And no futher proceeding happened on the case.
Question is, how can a non cognizable report of this type affect my police clearance for my applied passport?
Will my passport application be cancelled?
What procedure should I follow and how long can it take to get my passport?
