We divorced by court as per Hindu law. got married again after divorce. 9 years passed we got a child during this 9 years of marriage, Now can I add present wife name as nominee. I delayed to change nominee name. Is their any time duration to do so ?

Hi, you can add the nominee name at any stage of your life and the nominee will be considered as per the last/latest updated one and overrule the older updated nominee if any. So be rest assured and update the nominee of your choice as there is no time duration or time limit for the same.
