No notice after case filing, leakage dispute, need legal help

26-Mar-2026 (In Civil Law)
In Sep 2024, the above flat owner deliberately caused water leakage, refused repairs, and threatened us. My complaint was closed within a week. In Nov 2024, they brought a court notice. In Dec 2024, police called to station and taken my Aadhaar copy and signs in slips  were taken without explanation. In Mar 2026, via RTI, I saw a one-page reply stating that a FIR and charge sheet were filed, but I have received no notice for over 1.5 years, and no record appears online.Leakage Issue unresolved

hi first need to go through the contents of the FIR and chargesheet and if it is based on all false allegations then you could file quash petition in high court questioning the FIR and chargesheet and its prima facie allegations
