No birth certificate, will it affect the police verification

For police verification of central govt job, if birth certificate not present, What are problem will be face and what are the possible solution?

date of birth in Madhyamik pariksha admit card or record is also proff of date of birth, in stead of birth registration certificate, for this no problem, police verification mainly for antacedent, any past in abatement of crime etc also all certificate document s are genuine etc
