My dad dropped me out of college due to which i left home for two months to earn money so that i can leave this city to live independently but my relative who is my grandads son confiscated my passport took me to the cops and tutored them to scare me and had told me that they will cancel my passport and accused me of hitting my mother and stealing money from home. I was so close to be put behind the bars. The cops did not support me instead accused me of having an affair which even if i have is not a crime. They asked me questions like "if i smoke " or "do drugs". I mean is that how a women is treated?

Dear queriest, as per your query you have gone through lot of ups and downs were it is not clear picture why your granddad's son and granddad are involved so much then your parents to look after what is good enough for your life, this need to be discussed personally so that the issue can be understood properly and can be latter sorted out too
Believing your account to be true facts and that there are no additional game changing facts here - you can file criminal complaints in the court than through the police if you are optimistic about it. If you feel your safety and security is threatened and the system is compromised or biased then you can file a Writ Petition in the Hon'be Bombay High Court for urgent reliefs and the court will hear you as your fundamental rights are being violated. The Hon'ble High Court may direct the lower courts and police to take certain steps thereby protecting you from any danger as not following the Hon'ble High Courts directions amounts to serious contempt of court.
