New Age limit Rule for LKG Admission

05-Feb-2024 (In Civil Law)
My Son's DOB is 03 June2020. As per the new rule we can not enroll him for LKG because his age on June1st 2024 will be 3year 11months and 29 days. Just for 2 days he is going to lose 1 year. Is there anyway we can get a relaxation in enrollment age?

There could be a possibility that a writ petition can be filed challenging the new circular and asking for relaxation for your child.
If permitted, your child would be enrolled into LKG this year itself without losing out on a year.
It is definitely worth a try considering the loss of a year for your child.
