Nephew of owner causing problems

There is an nephew of owner, living since 15 years in our society, ever since it was built. He constantly creates nuisance in society, causes domestic violence to his grandmother. Even his owner opposes him, and knows about his behavior. He isn't the member of the society either. As aociety committee members, we have taken decision to evict him. Can we just kick him out and block his entry? When he comes and creates nuisance to let him in, we will call the police to get him arrested?
Yes , the first step is call the police on 100 as soon as he enters the society , create a video for the evidence , register an FIR for the harassment of the old women and register a complaint at sub registrar also you can complaint about this incident at National women commission and your local Corporator .
