Neighbour’s tenant creating objectionable ruckus & sound pollution

My neighbour has a 3 storey building. He has rented his ground floor to a courier company, DTDC since the last 5 years. Offlate the courier company has started operating till 3am at night. They are creating a ruckus during midnight, shouting at the top of their voice, loading parcels in the truck etc. These are badly affecting our sleep & causing sleep disorder. My mother who is 75 years old is unable to sleep the whole night. The other flat owners of my building are also willing to jointly complain against my neighbor/ DTDC company. What kind of a legal recourse do I have.
You should file complain before local police station against the land lord who has let out the said premises to the DTDC as well as lodge complaint against DTDC..You may may file complaint before municipality also.

First talk to the landlord of the property requesting him to take necessary actions against his tenant, if he fails to do so then file a complaint before the local police station asking them to take necessary action against the courier company.
