Neighbours Split AC outer unit hot air blowing into our room

3 yrs ago, our neighbour installed a split Air Conditioner and its outdoor unit fan is facing our balcony. As the distance is just 6-7 ft, the hot air is directly blowing into our corridor and our personal office room. I have been requesting him to shift the unit for the last 3 yrs, but he does not care.

we can do it but we need to file civil suit and get a restraining order we may get restraining order on the first date of hearing or urgent notices will be sent, if urgent notices are sent it will take time since it is immediate thing you can approach police also they may solve your problem if they donot then this is the only thing left
