Neighbours house is breaking down and his debries are injurying us...

Our Neighbour built his house with inferior quality over compound wall, it is breaking down.. and debries are falling on us and injuring us badly,. with injuries I reached out to our neighbour., requested to erect Iron Sheets and protect our life from his debries which are falling on us on priority., and also conduct necessary repairs to reinforce his wall... but to no avail. Whom should I Complaint to Please help.

hi if the structure is so vunerable that it is causing incovenience to people then you could make an complaint to municipal authorities to take steps for demolishing the structures as it is in damgerous stage and if they are not taking action then you could approach court
