Neighbourhood nuisance due to loud noise and screaming

My family is facing lot of nuisance from our opposite house with loud noise almost every day. They use small kids to make loud noise and defame us if we ask them to keep it low. Defaming our family if we approach them in civil way. This has been going on from many years but nothing has been solved. Kindly help us.
