Neighbour put pipes along the side of the boundary wall thats facing u

04-Jan-2023 (In Civil Law)
There is a boundary wall existing between mine and my neighbours property, along the side of the wall which comes within my property or faces my property she has fixed water pipes along the wall without my permission. She has also made an opening in the wall and put a drainage pipe that drains the sewage into a gutter that is situated alongside the wall in my property. How can i get the pipes removed if this illigal and can i block the opening she has made on the wall for her household sewage?

If she has Tresspased into your property then your may lodge a complaint with the police though the police will not interfere much saying that it's a civil dispute. You may also file an injuction case before the civil judge to restrain her from doing it...
