Neighbour pouring Cow's Dung in front of house, due to that getting is

In front of my house there are fields of 2 persons, which is on the side of the road and in front of my house. Both these people put cow dung in those fields, due to which my and other neighboring houses smell bad and the area in front of my house looks very dirty. I tried my best to convince them but they are not deterring from pouring cow dung. Can I take any legal action in this?

You can always file a written complaint with the police station of your area and also send them a legal notice regarding your grievances and warn them not to do that or else you will initiate legal proceedings against them. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

yes you can take legal action against this. where there is a right, there is a remedy. we can file civil case against your neighbours creating the nuisance and have permanent injunction against him and in your favor

You need to issue them legal notice n file suit of damages ..furthermore u need to check with the Municipal whether he is allowed to use that land for that purpose or not ..don’t indulged into argument or fight better hire an adverse to do the needful..
