Neighbour objection due to his land issues

Sir! While trying to do survey of my own land my neighbour is objecting the surveyer not to do survey because of his land issues which was in case .is there any solution to do survey my land

hi if the neighbour is objecting to do survey of the subject land then you could file a petition in court seeking relief if injunction to restrain him from entering into property and then you could obtain him from entering into property
