Neighbour not allowing to use the road

Hi Sir / Madam, Need your suggestion for below.. We have bought a plot of dimensions 30 x 50 ft within the BBMP limit.. the layout is unapproved one... While we access our plot, recently a neighbour objected stating that we cannot use the road.. as the road belong to them... The layout is formed from 4-5 different owners and most of the plots are sold by them too.. Pls advice whether unapproved layout roads are govt property or not.. can someone abject the access..

You can approach by filing a civil suit for allowing you to use the road as it is a common road to all. with regard to unapproved layout, it is public property, private people can't object your access.
