Neighbour not allowing road to my property.

Sir, I sold my land to a police. He is holding 11 lacs after registration too siting road access. My neighbour is obstructing road to the buyer with his unused and acquired two cents by NHAI. So the buyer withholding 11 lacs after property transfer also. Pls suggest me what to do

File. Case in court and ask fir passage way to your property and court will give permission if u used same passage way earlier and approach us we help you in this case and we help you to get passage way and also send a legal notice to your buyer to clear your dues
