Neighbour issues due to commercial property where he’s not allowing

Building which is built for commercial purposes with obtaining all proper permits from the municipal. But the neighbour is creating issues saying it is supposed to be residential. He isn’t allowing any corporate offices to be in the office. How to navigate through this issue

okay I understand your issue you can take injuction order from court not distrub the peace full possation of your property and not to illegaly intrfiarance any body or any thirt party you can file a case at court injunction suit and get restraining order from court ifter that no one should not distrub to you.
