Neighbour is harming my vehicle kept in my parking space

I bought this parking space in my society & have all the paperwork for the same but if it is used fully then it blocks the entrance to the common parking area. I did not want to block that area and so i don't park my vehicles in the entire parking, i leave some space for the other society members to enter & exit, but now recently, I have found out that they are harming my vehicles. I want to use my parking entirely so is there any law that forbids me from doing so?
Well, you cannot block open parking. Otherwise, you will be held guilty for causing Public nuisance. Truth is Neither a Builder not a Housing Society can sell parking slot to you legally. Hence, if you have bought parking either from Builder or Housing Society in terms of purchase, then it is illegal.
